SERVICES:

Within six months of completion the purchaser will be required to erect and forever maintain a stock-proof fence to the boundaries marked A, B, C, D and E on the plan to a minimum specification of: -

(a) 5ft-6ft x 3 inch – 4 inch treated round stakes placed at 3 metres centres.

(b) 8ft x 6 inch – 7 inch treated round straining posts placed at 70 metres centres and to any change of direction in the fence.

(c) 7ft x 4inch treated round stakes to straining posts.

(d) Galvanised mild steel stock netting to 80 cm high.

(e) 2 strands of galvanised mild steel barbed wire.

(f) Galvanised staples.

(g) Fence posts to be Class 4

The purchaser will also be required to install and forever maintain a 4.575 metre (15 foot) Ashbourne galvanised steel field gate together with galvanised hanging and closing posts to the entrance to Lot 3 between points A and B.
