A PAIR of suspects who failed to stop for police were arrested after their car crashed into a Pensnett chip shop.
The crash, involving a Vauxhall Vectra, took place at 2.10am today (September 25) in Tansey Green Road.
The building suffered minimal damage and no-one was seriously hurt, the car had earlier failed to stop for officers in Kates Hill.
A quantity of power tools were recovered after it is believed they were thrown from the vehicle.
A 22-year-old man from Dudley was arrested on suspicion of burglary, dangerous driving, failing to stop and unauthorised take.
A 36-year-old man was arrested in Highbridge Road after getting out of car on suspicion of burglary and unauthorised take.
