FREE computer workshops are on offer at libraries across Dudley this week to help people learn basic skills and get online.
The workshops are part of the nationwide Get Online Week and are run by Dudley Council’s library service and the adult and community learning team.
Sessions will show people how to use a computer and iPad, how to create an e-mail account and how to use Ancestry.com.
Councillor Tim Crumpton, cabinet member responsible for lifelong learning, said: “As more and more services go online it’s more important than ever to have basic computer skills and I’m delighted that we can offer these free workshops to help people in the borough get started with these very essential skills.”
For more information about the workshops and how to book contact the council on 01384 818143.
