BOROUGH folk have the chance to improve their body and mind at a series of talks, tasters and workshops organised by Age UK Dudley Springboard.
The group is holding a week's worth of events in early December designed for the over 50's at their Waterfront Activity Centre, Level Street, Brierley Hill.
On Monday December 1, the Prince's Trust will be on hand with IT and photography tips during a technology day.
Other events during the week include a circle dancing session for people with low level dementia, healthy eating and food awareness sessions and a poetry taster session with guest speaker award winning author Liz Berry for people with low level dementia.
