THE following appeared at Dudley Magistrates Court between February 8 and 11:

Andrew Mark Bull, aged 51, of Kingsley Road, Kingswinford, was fined £300 for drink driving in Stourbridge on November 29, 2015. When tested he had 167mlgs of alcohol in 100mls of blood. The legal limit is 80mlgs. He was disqualified from driving for 18 months and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and £135 court costs.

Stacey Marie Cree, aged 25, of Bradford Road, Holly Hall, was given a 12 month community order for assaulting a man and woman in Dudley on February 6. She must carry out 60 hours unpaid work and pay compensation of £50, a victim surcharge of £60 and £135 court costs.

Norman Martin, aged 40, of Watsons Green Road, Kates Hill, was discharged conditionally for 12 months for causing £200 worth of damage to a front door in Tividale on January 11. He was also fined £100 for failing to surrender to custody at Dudley Magistrates Court on February 4, having been released on bail. He must pay compensation of £100, a victim surcharge of £20 and £100 court costs.

John Ernest Edward Shillingford, aged 20, of St John’s Court, Brierley Hill, was sent to prison for 24 weeks for stealing items, worth £342, from stores in Stourbridge between January 28 and February 2, while subject to a suspended sentence. He must pay a victim surcharge of £80.

Scott William O’Rourke, aged 29, of Blackacre Road, Dudley, was discharged conditionally for 12 months for stealing items, worth £19.10 from One Stop, Wordsley, on January 10. He must pay compensation of £19.10, a victim surcharge of £15 and £135 court costs.

Sunday Umah, aged 42, of The Belper, Dudley, was fined £110 for drink driving in Dudley on January 23. When tested he had 75mcgs of alcohol in 100mls of breath. The legal limit is 35mcgs. He was disqualified from driving for three years and must pay a victim surcharge of £20 and £135 court costs.

Keith Paul Williams, aged 40, of Baptist End Road, Netherton, was discharged conditionally for six months for stealing items, worth £98, from Tesco, Dudley, on January 23. He must pay a victim surcharge of £15 and £135 court costs.

Bradley Patrick Thomas Mohammed, aged 20, of Bryan Budd Close, Rowley Regis, was sent to prison for 12 weeks, suspended for 12 months, for assaulting a woman in Upper Gornal, on November 12, 2015. He must pay a victim surcharge of £80 and £320 court costs.

Martin Heathcote, aged 23, of Warwick Road, Netherton, was given a 12 month community order for driving a vehicle that had been taken without the owner’s consent and driving without a licence or insurance, in Brierley Hill on January 23. He must carry out 80 hours of unpaid work, was fined £280 and must pay a victim surcharge of £60 and £135 court costs. Heathcote was also disqualified from driving for 16 months.

Martin Bunn, aged 37, of Highbridge Road, Netherton, was given a 12 month community order for stealing motor oil, worth £35, from Allans, Netherton, on November 19, 2015. He must pay compensation of £17.50 and a £60 victim surcharge.

Richard Bower, aged 43, of Blowers Green Road, Dudley, was discharged conditionally for 12 months for begging in Dudley and Stourbridge between October 10 and November 14, 2015. He must pay a victim surcharge of £15 and £85 court costs.

Daniele Jayne Brookes, aged 42, of Wolverhampton Street, Dudley, was discharged conditionally for 12 months for stealing 10 bottles of shower gel, worth £9.90, from the 99p Store, Dudley, on February 9. She must pay a victim surcharge of £15 and £80 court costs.

Sarah Jane Handley, aged 24, of Bluebell Road, Wrens Nest, was discharged conditionally for 12 months for stealing a handbag containing items worth £400, in Dudley on October 17, 2015. She must pay compensation of £400, a victim surcharge of £15 and £85 court costs.

Daniel Luke Dimmock, aged 25, of Standhills, Kingswinford, was given a 12 month community order for assaulting a woman in Cradley Heath on November 17. He must carry out 40 hours unpaid work and pay compensation of £50, a victim surcharge of £60 and £135 court costs.

Edward Aaron Handley, aged 35, of St John’s Road, Dudley, was sent to prison for 12 weeks, suspended for 12 months for assaulting a woman in Dudley on December 20. He must pay a victim surcharge of £80 and £135 court costs.

Lee Roger Clift, aged 33, of Baldes Lane, Lye, was fined £150 for stealing a cutlery set, worth £19.99, from BHS, Brierley Hill, on January 25, while subject to a conditional discharge. He must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and £135 court costs.

Craig Raymond Montroy, aged 27, of William Street, Brierley Hill, was discharged conditionally for six months for possessing cannabis in Brierley Hill on October 24, 2015. He must pay a victim surcharge of £15 and £135 court costs.
