MYSTERY surrounds how a cherry picker ended up in a Dudley canal.
The machinery was discovered in the Dudley No2 Canal, near Highbridge Bridge in Netherton, at the weekend.
It's not known how it got into the water but the News has obtained a video of individuals riding it along the tow path at around 7.30pm on Sunday (April 17).
A spokesman for the Canal and River Trust said specialist equipment would be required for its removal and it "may take a while to do this safely due to the height of the bridge".
