THE following appeared at Dudley Magistrates Court between December 19-23:

Darren Frank Sharpe, aged 46, of Brooke Street, Dudley, was discharged conditionally for 24 months for stealing meat and coffee, worth £37.40, from Co-op, Tividale, on December 18. He must pay a victim surcharge of £20 and £135 court costs.

Warren Dominic Davies, aged 19, of Junction Road, Lye, was fined £335 for driving without a licence or insurance in Oldbury on November 4. He was also sentenced for making off without paying for £177.53 worth of petrol in Dudley, Stourbridge, Halesowen, Quinton and Amblecote, between November 1 and 3 and driving without due care and attention and failing to stop when required to do so by a police officer in uniform, in West Bromwich on November 4. He was given nine penalty points and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and compensation of £172.03.

Tristan Conrad Miles, aged 28, of Highfield Lane, Quinton, was fined £120 for possessing cannabis and cannabis resin in Oldbury on December 5. He must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and £185 court costs.

Graham Andrew Waterworth, aged 57, of Stourbridge Road, Holly Hall, must pay a £85 victim surcharge for stealing four sweaters, worth £87, from Marks and Spencer, Dudley, on November 29.

Clair Marjorie Francis, aged 37, of Slater Close, Cradley Heath, was sent to prison for eight weeks, suspended for 12 months, for using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour with intent to cause a person harassment, alarm or distress, in Cradley Heath on July 20 and breaching a restraining order. She must pay a victim surcharge of £115 and £800 court costs.

Kristopher James Millward, aged 25, of Alexander Hill, Quarry Bank, was fined £300 for failing to provide a specimen of breath for analysis during the course of an investigation into whether he had committed an offence, in Oldbury on October 8. He was disqualified from driving for 12 months and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and £135 court costs.

Max Richardson, aged 49, of Doctors Lane, Kingswinford, was fined £170 for failing to provide a specimen of breath for analysis during the course of an investigation into whether he had committed an offence in Stourbridge on November 27. He was also sentenced for driving without insurance and was disqualified from driving for 18 months and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and £135 court costs.

Paul Northall, aged 41, of Upton Street, Netherton, was sent to prison for 12 weeks for possessing a large kitchen knife in Brierley Hill on November 9. He must pay a victim surcharge of £115.

Gemma Marie Moore, aged 27, of High Street, Brierley Hill, was given a nine month community order for assaulting a person in Brierley Hill on May 27. The offence was racially aggravated. She was given a six week curfew and for the duration must remain at her home address between 7pm and 7am. She must pay compensation of £100, a victim surcharge of £85 and £100 court costs.

Jay William Hatton, aged 23, of Foster Place, Wollaston, was given a four week community order for being drunk and disorderly in Stourbridge on July 30 and assaulting a police officer in Oldbury. He was given a four week curfew and for the duration must remain at his home address between 8pm and 6am. He must pay compensation of £100, a victim surcharge of £85 and £135 court costs.

Pandelys Ermidys, aged 42, of Hill Bank, Lye, was fined £60 for stealing food, worth £76, from Sainsbury’s, Oldbury, on December 7. He must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and £135 court costs.

Nigel Alan Jones, aged 60, of Forest Road, Dudley, was sent to prison for 12 weeks for drink driving in Great Bridge on December 7. When tested, he had 46mcgs of alcohol in 100mls of breath. The legal limit is 35mcgs. He was disqualified from driving for two years and must pay a victim surcharge of £115.

Danny Robinson, aged 23, of Somery Road, Dudley, must pay a victim surcharge of £85 for drink driving in Sedgley on November 26. When tested, he had 112mcgs of alcohol in 100mls of breath. The legal limit is 35mcgs. He was disqualified from driving for 30 months and must pay £135 court costs.

Paul David Russell, aged 46, of Codsall Road, Cradley Heath, was sent to prison for 24 weeks, suspended for two years, for driving without due care and attention in Halesowen on August 21. He was also sentenced for driving without insurance, failing to stop at the scene of an accident and possessing cocaine. He was given a 12 week curfew and for the duration must remain at his home address between 7pm and 6am. He was disqualified from driving for 12 months and must pay a victim surcharge of £115, £600 fine and £185 court costs.

Martin Andrew Payne, aged 36, of Bleak House Road, Oldbury, was sent to prison for 24 weeks, suspended for 12 months, for dishonestly receiving stolen goods in Birmingham on December 17. He was given a 10 week curfew and for the duration must remain at his home address between 8pm and 6am He must pay a victim surcharge of £115 and £185 court costs.

Scott David Price, aged 28, of Hanover Road, Rowley Regis, was given a six month community order for assaulting a woman in Tipton on August 15. He was fined £100 and must pay compensation of £50, a victim surcharge of £85 and £635 court costs.

Simon John Ford, aged 42, of Bradfield Way, Dudley, was discharged conditionally for 12 months for resisting a police officer in the execution of his duty, in Dudley on December 8. He must pay a victim surcharge of £20 and £70 court costs.

Brian Givargidze, aged 46, of Brickhouse Road, Rowley Regis, was fined £400 for failing to provide a specimen of breath for analysis during the course of an investigation into whether he had committed an offence, in Oldbury, on October 15. He was disqualified from driving for 20 months and must pay a victim surcharge of £40 and £135 court costs.

Daniel Williams, aged 35, of Halesowen Road, Netherton, was given a six week community order for stealing a duvet set, worth £13, from Wilkinsons, Stourbridge, on December 5. He was given a six week curfew and for the duration must remain at his home address between 7pm and 7am. He must pay compensation of £13, a victim surcharge of £85 and £135 court costs.

Daniel Luke Moore, aged 31, of Hartlands Road, Pensnett, was fined £300 for drink driving in Dudley on December 4. When tested, he had 83mcgs of alcohol in 100mls of breath. The legal limit is 35mcgs. He was disqualified from driving for 18 months and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and £105 court costs.

Sinead Keeli Greaves, aged 27, of Halesowen Road, Netherton, was sent to prison for 21 weeks for stealing items, worth more than £40, from shops in Dudley and Oldbury, between September 16 and October 21. She must pay compensation of £45.80 and a victim surcharge of £115.

Liam Christian Hickman, aged 23, of High Street, Brierley Hill, was sent to prison for 16 weeks, suspended for 12 months, for assaulting a woman in Halesowen on September 6, while subject to a community order. He was given a six week curfew and for the duration must remain at his home address between 7pm and 7am. He must pay a victim surcharge of £115 and £50 court costs.
