SPORTY kids at a Dudley school did not let the wet weather put them off when they were treated to a week of fun-filled activities.
Blowers Green Primary School was taken over by specialist coaching sessions during their annual sports week.
About 260 pupils from the Blowers Green Road school were given a flavour of a host of sports, including football, rugb and gymnastics.
Unfortunately, wet weather meant the planned two sports days, due to be held between July 2-6 had to be postponed.
John McAneny, PE co-ordinator, said: "The children loved taking part and they had a good week.
"Its part of our overall scheme to get children more active."
