THE new Dudley Museum is looking for another dinosaur to join the family at its new home at Dudley Archives.
The dinosaur gallery features some old favourites, including the animatronic baby T-rex, colourful deinonychus and a life size replica T-rex skull - but there is room for one more.
Visitors have now been asked to suggest what the new addition should be.
Councillor Ian Kettle, cabinet member responsible for tourism, said: “The dinosaurs were a hugely popular element of the old museum, but the old layout didn’t allow us to do the collections justice.
"With the new building we’ve been able to create a dedicated room, packed with models, replicas and lots of fascinating material.
“We want suggestions from the public as to which dinosaur they’d like to see in the museum, it could be a velociraptor, ankylosaurus, compsognathus, whatever they like."
