KIDS from a Netherton school have capped off a successful year by winning a borough competition.
The dance team from Netherbrook Primary School scooped the prize by performing their Bollywood Bonanza' routine at the first-ever primary school dance event on Thursday July 12.
This year the school achieved an Active Mark for its high quality PE for the second year running, a £10,000 Big Lottery Fund grant and an outstanding Ofsted inspection.
Jo Humphries from the school said: "This win is just the icing on the cake to a spectacular year for Netherbrook as we have achieved numerous awards this year."
