A CONVICTED Netherton pervert has been bailed by a judge for the preparation of a pre-sentence report.
Kevin Plant has admitted breaching the terms of his sexual harm prevention order and further breaching his community order.
The 51-year-old, of Mousesweet Close, was set to be sentenced for the offences at Wolverhampton Crown Court today (Tuesday).
But Howard Searle, for the prosecution, said the matter had been handled in the past by Judge James Burbidge QC and it was important he was present to finalise the case.
Judge Margaret Stacey agreed and Plant was bailed until July 9, while stressing the need of an updated pre-sentence report.
