A WORDSLEY man who exposed his genitals has been given a 12 month community order.

Robin James Hanbury Davies, of Ingatestone Drive, was sentenced for intentionally exposing himself in Kingswinford on June 10 and 11 with intent to cause alarm or distress.

The 42-year-old was also sentenced for causing £455 worth of damage to fencing in Kingswinford between February 10 and March 17.

He must register with police in accordance with the Sexual Offences Act 2003 for five years and pay compensation of £455.

The following also appeared before Dudley Magistrates Court between August 23 and 30:

John George Jones, aged 32, of Caslon Crescent, Stourbridge, was given a 12 month community order for producing cannabis in Stourbridge on June 22. He must carry out 100 hours unpaid work and pay a victim surcharge of £85 and £185 court costs.

Adam Detheridge, aged 18, of Albert Road, Halesowen, was fined £300 for drink driving in Halesowen on August 9. When tested, he had 87mcgs of alcohol in 100mls of breath. The legal limit is 35mcgs. He was disqualified from driving for 20 months and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and £135 court costs.

Devante Montell Avey, aged 22, of Highfield Road, Dudley, was fined £270 for two charges of causing harassment, alarm or distress by using threatening or abusive words or behaviour in Dudley on December 31, 2017. The offences were racially aggravated. He was also sentenced for damaging two windows at Castle Hill Casino, Dudley. He must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and £135 court costs.

Jason Paul Caldwell, aged 47, of Stourbridge Road, Dudley, was given a 12 month community order for assaulting a woman in Oldbury between June 10 and 20. He must carry out 100 hours unpaid work and pay a victim surcharge of £85 and £135 court costs.

Oliver Monkam, aged 38, of Martley Road, Oldbury, was given a nine month community order for possessing a folding pocket knife in Oldbury on July 29. He was fined £100 and must pay a victim surcharge of £85 and £185 court costs.

Shane David Glyptis, aged 31, of Tiled House Lane, Pensnett, was sent to prison for eight weeks for causing £300 worth of damage to a car in Oldbury on August 26. He must pay £300 compensation.

David Paul Elespe, aged 36, of Hallchurch Road, Holly Hall, was discharged conditionally for 18 months for stealing two joints of meat, worth £12.93, from Lidl, Oldbury, on August 11. He must pay a victim surcharge of £20 and £100 court costs.
