MUMS-to-be can take advantage of aquanatal classes coming to the leisure centres across the borough.
The water-based exercise classes are suitable for all stages of pregnancy and will be run by fully trained staff along with pregnancy support workers.
The classes will run at Dudley Leisure Centre in Wellington Road from 11.30am to 12.30pm every Monday.
Women will be able to go to Crystal Leisure Centre, in Bell Street, Stourbridge, from 8pm to 8.45pm every Tuesday and 9am to 9.45am every Thursday.
Classes will also run at Halesowen Leisure Centre in Pool Road from 10.30am to 11.30am and 8pm to 8.45pm every Wednesday; and 12.15pm to 1pm every Friday.
Classes begin from Monday February 25 and booking is advised.
Each session costs £5.30, with evening sessions running all year round and evening classes in term time only.
