A BP garage in Lye was targeted by a gang of thieves, after one of the intruders claimed to be a police officer.
The robbery took place around 4am on Sunday morning (February 10), when five men entered the garage after one of them claimed to be a police officer.
The gang attacked a staff member in the garage, before leaving with cash, cigarettes and alcohol.
Police believe the men escaped in a gold coloured people carrier.
An appeal for information has been launched by police.
