A 35-year-old man has appeared in private at Jedburgh Sheriff Court after allegedly being found in possession of thousands of pounds worth of cannabis.
Ashleigh Stormont is charged with being in possession of the class B drug with intent to supply.
The offence is said to have happened last month.
Stormont of High Street, Hawick, is also accused of driving with no insurance or MOT.
He made no plea and the case was continued for further examination and he was granted bail by Sheriff Donald Ferguson.
