A KINGSWINFORD man has received a three year football banning order after pleading guilty to assault at The Hawthorns, Dudley Magistrates Court has heard.

Joshua Kings, aged 19, of Kingsford Nouveau, Kingswinford, pleaded guilty to assaulting Sabar Khan at the Hawthorns. He received a three year football banning order and was ordered to pay £485.00 in compensation, surcharges and costs.

The following cases were also heard at Dudley Magistrates Court last week.

John Chambers, aged 58, of New John Street, Halesowen, pleaded guilty to stealing goods worth £32.15 from Sainsburys. He received a 12 month conditional discharge and was ordered to pay surcharges and costs totalling £155.

Daniel Marsh, aged 22, of Scotts Road, Stourbridge, pleaded guilty to driving over the alcohol limit. He was ordered to pay £285 in surcharges, costs and fines and is disqualified from holding a driving licence for 12 months.

Lucas Tucker, aged 36, of Burberry Court, Tipton, pleaded guilty to stealing seven bottles of Surf washing detergent from Bargain Buys. He received a six week prison sentence due to previous offending and was ordered to pay a £115 victim surcharge.

Lee Bates, aged 26, of Phoenix Rise, Darlaston, pleaded guilty to stealing a PS4 controller worth £54.99 from Game in Merry Hill and possessing cannabis. He received a two year conditional discharge and was ordered to pay £209.99 in compensation, surcharges and costs.

Jordan Hodgkins, aged 23, of Coventry Street, Stourbridge, pleaded guilty to using threatening abusive or insulting words or behaviour with intent to cause that person to believe that immediate unlawful violence would be used against them. He received a Community Order and five year football banning order. He was also ordered to pay £485 in surcharges and costs.

Majkel Burjanski, aged 18, of Eve Lane, Upper Gornal, pleaded guilty to stealing £40 worth of chocolate from Poundland. He was ordered to pay £66 in fines and surcharges.

James Hocking, aged 34, of Priory Road, Dudley, pleaded guilty to driving over the alcohol limit. He was ordered to pay £275 in fines, surcharges and costs and was disqualified from holding a driving licence for 20 months.

Anthony Bagnall, aged 49, of Spira Court, Stourbridge, pleaded guilty to driving over the alcohol limit. He was disqualified from holding a driving licence for 20 months and was ordered to pay £536.50 in fines, surcharges and costs.

Kevin Cuttell, aged 31, of Hulland Place, Brierley Hill, pleaded guilty to failing to attend as assessment for dependency on class A drugs and pleaded guilty to stealing £79.96 worth of turkeys from Farmfoods. He received a conditional discharge for two years and was ordered to pay surcharges, costs and compensation totalling £234.96.

Ricardo Hunter, aged 31, of Dudley Road, Tividale, pleaded guilty to three counts of stealing scratch cards from Co-Op, worth £250, £430 and £250 respectively. He received a Community Order and must carry out 80 hours of unpaid work over the next 12 months. He was also ordered to pay £585 in compensation and surcharges.

Wayne Price, aged 37, of St John's Road, Dudley, pleaded guilty to stealing 39 packets of Mini Eggs worth £39 from Poundland. He received a six week prison sentence suspended for 12 months and must pay surcharges and costs totalling £250.
