CLASSIC car fans are revving up for this Sunday’s summer showcase in the the courtyard of Dudley Castle.
West Midlands Classic Car Club will be filling the 11th century castle grounds in the heart of Dudley Zoological Gardens on July 21 with more than 80 vintage vehicles.
They will include an iconic Jaguar E-type, 1961 Daimler Dart, Triumph TR6 and a very rare mini.
Organiser Maurice Cole, from Dudley, said: “This show is a highlight in the club’s calendar as it’s such a great day in fantastic surroundings.
"We not only love doing it, but we also love seeing how people enjoy it too.”
Now in its 31st year, the show takes place between 10am-4pm, with club members travelling from all over the country to attend.
DZG Zoo Manager Matt Lewis said: “We’re always pleased to welcome The West Midlands Classic Car Club to the zoo each year as part of our annual summer events programme and it’s always a popular event with our visitors.”
Normal zoo admission prices apply.
