PARKING and waiting restrictions are planned for a host of streets across the borough to help stop inconsiderate motorists leaving their cars in awkward places on the highway.
Mount Street, Mount Road, Love Lane and Ham Lane in Stourbridge, Trefoil Gardens in Amblecote, Hillfields Road at Withymoor, The Glade in Lye, Wordsley High Street, Brettell Lane in Brierley Hill, Stourbridge Road in Dudley plus a number of other streets in Dudley and Halesowen have been earmarked for new and revised waiting restrictions to be imposed on certain stretches.
A copy of the draft orders, maps and reasons for proposing to make the orders can be examined at 4 Ednam Road, Dudley, or online at http://www.dudley.gov.uk/resident/parking-roads/local-transport-policy/trafficschemes/.
Any objections and written comments should be addressed to the group engineer - Traffic and Road Safety, Dudley Council, 4 Ednam Road, Dudley, DY1 1HL, by no later than Wednesday November 20.
