A STOURBRIDGE man was fined after admitting carrying a knuckle duster in Merry Hill.
Hassan Ul-Haq, aged 19, of Woodfield Avenue, Stourbridge, pleaded guilty at Dudley Magistrates Court to possessing a knuckle duster in Merry Hill. He was fined £120 and was also ordered to pay a £32 surcharge and £135 in costs.
The following cases were also heard at Dudley Magistrates Court last week.
Robbie Beresford, aged 39, of Stourbridge Road, Dudley, pleaded guilty to failing to provide a specimen for a breathalyser test in Oldbury. He was fined £73 and ordered to pay a £32 surcharge and £150 costs. He was also disqualified from holding a driving licence for 12 months.
Soloman Kiflemarian, aged 26, of Edward Street, Dudley, pleaded guilty to harassment. He received a community order and is subject to a restraining order until December 4 2021. He was also ordered to a pay, surcharge and costs totalling £275.
Mahad Ali, aged 36, of Hilderic Crescent, Dudley, pleaded guilty to using threatening behaviour to cause the threat of violence. He also admitted causing £1,000 of unlawful damage to a computer belonging to the NHS. He received a community order with a curfew requirement and was ordered to pay £250 in compensation.
