A MAN has been arrested on suspicion of attempted murder following an attack in an alleyway off Dudley High Street.
The victim, aged in his 40s, was assaulted in the town centre passageway at around 6.20pm on Tuesday, December 17.
Police said he was rushed to hospital with serious head injuries.
A 34-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of attempted murder and remains in police custody for questioning.
Police are investigating and have asked anyone with information to get in touch via 101 and quote log number 2111 of 17/12/19.
