A COLLEY Gate pub where a woman was held at knife-point in a robbery has been targeted again.

The Round of Beef was broken into at around 4am this morning (Tuesday January 14).

The pub on Windmill Hill shared a picture (above) of one of the two suspected offenders on its Facebook page and appealed for anyone who recognises the man to get in touch with police.

The pub stated: "So this morning at 4am we were burgled for the 2nd time in 4 months.

"Luckily we had a good security system installed after the last break in."

It added: "There have been many properties and businesses broken into over the past few weeks and we need to pull together to get these scumbags off our streets."

A spokesman for West Midlands Police said: "We were notified about an alarm that had been activated at around 4.30am at the Round of Beef pub on Windmill Hill, Colley Gate.

"A door had been forced open and the offenders have escaped empty-handed.

"Anyone with information can contact police via Live Chat at www.west-midlands.police.uk between 8am and midnight or call 101 anytime quoting incident number 20DY/11545E/20."

A woman was held at knife-point at the pub by a gang of men during a terrifying robbery back in September 2019.

The gang burst into the pub at 3am and demanded money from the safe.

A blade and crowbar were pointed at the victim in the shocking incident which saw the men escape with cash and jewellery.
