A FEW drinks at Breeze Bar and Eddisons before having a dance with Stan the Man at Mr Smith's is how many of our readers described their Friday and Saturday nights in the 90s.
And while everybody's favourite dance partner may have sadly passed away in December 2017, it's been lovely to see his memory lives on in your stories from your favourite Warrington nights out.
But while many of you have shared happy memories, a few commented 'town wasn't what it used to be'.
Fiona Bennett added: "I used to work behind the bar at the Bierkeller. We’d go to Chaplins, Smiths or The World after our shift. They were the days."
Paul Shuker said: "Evergreens which then became Clubhouse was our club of choice until we managed to get in Mr Smith's. We usually filled up with drinks in Postern Gate before Smith's. Great nights."
Carri Anne said: "Jams was a good nightspot as well as Friars Court."
While Phil Rome added: "Big Bar, Mr Smith's, Tiger 2...Warrington is a ghost of its former self."
