TWO girls were rushed to hospital after being hit by a car in Dudley.
Medics were called to Stafford Street at around 6.20pm on Monday (February 3) following the collision.
The road was closed for several hours after the incident, witnesses said.
A spokesperson from West Midlands Ambulance Service said: “We were called at 6.20pm last night to reports of a collision between a car and pedestrians on Stafford Street.
"We sent two ambulances and a paramedic officer to the scene. On arrival we discovered two patients, both girls.
"One of the girls was treated for potentially serious injuries before being transported to Birmingham Children’s Hospital. The other was treated for injuries not believed to be serious before being taken to Heartlands Hospital.”
