Police are appealing for witness after a public order took place in Bursledon.
The incident involved a woman crossing the road and a small silver vehicle that is yet to be identified.
This took place at around 8.40am on Friday February 14 on Lionheart Way, Bursledon.
Now officers are appealing for witnesses to help with their investigation.
A Hampshire Police spokesperson said: "On Friday 14th February at 0840 hours approximately, Lionheart Way, Bursledon - near to the bus stop, a public order incident took place involving a lady crossing the road and a small silver vehicle. We are looking to identify the driver of the vehicle, any dash cam footage would greatly be appreciated."
