RESIDENTS across Dudley applauded for the NHS and key workers last night to show their appreciation for those working to keep the country safe during the coronavirus crisis.
The event, called Clap For Our Carers, returned for a second week running and saw people across the country take time at 8pm to stand on their doorsteps, streets and balconies to show their gratitude with applause.
The event recognises everyone who is working to keep the keep the country running, such as care workers, supermarket staff and bin workers.
