A DUDLEY hotel has gone on the market for more than £3 million.
The Quality Hotel on Birmingham Road has been brought to market by specialist business property adviser, Christie & Co.
The 72-room hotel is being sold off with an asking price of £3,250,000.
It comes as the hotel's current owners have decided to sell to concentrate their efforts on existing businesses located in the south.
The hotel is currently operated by the current owners under a 20-year franchise agreement with Choice Hotels, as part of their Quality Hotel brand.
The agreement has six years remaining but early termination can also be considered to allow for rebranding options, the property firm has said.
Josh Sullivan, senior agent in Christie & Co Hotel’s team which is managing the sale, said: “The Quality Hotel is a prime opportunity for an experienced operator to capitalise upon the potential rebranding and asset management opportunities for the site.
"Equally, an operator is poised to benefit from the planned £1 billion investment in Dudley town centre and surrounding areas through key regeneration projects."
