The home on Dudley Wood Road is going under the hammer with a guide price of £19,000 to £24,000.
It is being sold by Bond Wolfe Auctions at an online auction on Wednesday September 16.
The semi-detached property features a hall, reception room, kitchen and dining area on the ground floor.
On the first floor there are two bedrooms, a landing and a bathroom with a shower.
The vacant freehold property also includes a driveway and front garden.
Other Dudley properties going under the hammer next week include a mid-terrace property on Gammage Street.
The two bedroom house is up for auction with a guide price of £75k.
The property features two reception rooms, kitchen, lobby and shower room on the ground floor, along with two bedrooms and a bathroom on the first floor.
It also includes a garden and has recently been furnished.
The properties will go under the hammer via a remote bidding auction with bidding by proxy, telephone or internet only.
Potential buyers can arrange a viewing but must follow a queuing system and viewing parties must be limited two people from the same household.
Viewers should also keep a one metre distance from other viewing parties both inside and outside the property.
Bond Wolfe Auctions have also requested that all viewers wear PPE.
