A DUDLEY woman found hanged at her home took her own life a coroner has concluded.
Nicol Williams, aged 32, was found dead at her home in Ashenhurst Road, Dudley, on July 1.
An inquest held at Black Country Coroner's Court at Oldbury on Monday (September 28) was told she was found hanging in the garage and was confirmed to have died.
Area coroner for the Black Country, Joanne Lees, said: "She was known to be suffering with depression and had previously taken an overdose two months prior to her death.”
She gave the cause of death as asphyxia due to hanging and concluded the tragic death was suicide.
