HALLOWEEN is taking on a strange new look in one Dudley shop window – its covered in snow and pressies.
For Christmas has come early at Belle’s Baby Boutique in Sedgley High Street – hopefully to bring some cheer to lift the spirits (and not the ghostly ones!).
Proprietor Shelley Simpson thinks there have been enough spooks and scares this year, so Halloween is banished.
“It’s Christmas early to bring much needed cheer to a difficult year.”
While other shop windows display freshly carved pumpkins and faded Autumn leaves, Shelley has just completed an eccentric display complete with flurries of snow and well wishes for ‘our precious lockdown babies’.
Customers come from far and wide for their personalised baby gifts and the shop has been featured on the social media pages of celebrity customers Stacey Solomon and Mrs. Hinch. They had both enjoyed Belle’s Christmas boxes filled with traditional cosy garments for their son’s first Christmases last year.
And if you've now caught the Christmas spirit, the shop has made a jingly Christmas video which you can see here: https://vm.tiktok.com/ZSCu8WWb/
