Staying warm, preventing falls, living well and looking after your mental health – just some of the issues for older people across Dudley borough that will be covered in a series of ‘Zoom sessions’.

Normally Dudley Council arrange get togethers for older people and their carers to provide Winter Wellbeing advice, but Covid has put paid to that this year.

Instead interactive sessions will be held online for older people or those who support the elderly, including volunteers, community workers or information givers.

And the council are encouraging people who attend to spread the word and share what you find out with relatives, friends and neighbours.
