PLANNERS have approved a new house in Quarry Bank as a high quality addition for the area.
The plan is for a three-bed bungalow with room for two cars alongside and a rear garden at Evers Street.
Two of the bedrooms would be in the roof space.
At the moment it is a vacant lot with signs of work being started and then abandoned.
There have been no objections since the plan was advertised locally.
The plan was approved by Dudley Council as a ‘windfall’ development of a brownfield site that creates a new home which sits well in the area.
