SOLICITORS are appealing for people who think they may have a claim to an inheritance from the estates of deceased people from Halesowen, Dudley and Cradley Heath to get in touch.
The March 15 deadline is approaching for people who think they may be a surviving relative or be entitled to a claim against the estate of the following people:
Janet Morgan, of Iverley Retirement Home, in Lyde Green, Halesowen and formerly of 110, Highfield Crescent, Halesowen, who died on August 27, 2020.
Winston Camm, of 385 Wrens Nest Road, Dudley, who died on November 3, 2020.
Valerie Joy Danks, previously known as Newman, of 52 Meredith Street, Cradley Heath, who died on December 7, 2020.
Anyone who thinks they have a claim against or an interest in the estates of the mentioned deceased should send particulars to George Green LLP, 195 High Street, Cradley Heath, B64 5HW.
Claims must be submitted by March 15.
After this date the estates will be distributed with regard only to the claims and interests of which they have had notice.
