Drivers are being warned of lengthy roadworks in Hagley starting next week.
Middlefield Lane is due to shut for 66 days from Monday (January 25) for gas pipe replacement work.
The road will be closed between its junctions with Kidderminster Road and Rooks Meadow.
A diversion will use Worcester Road and Park Road.
Meanwhile solicitors have lodged searches for anyone who might have a claim on the estates of two Stourbridge people who died recently.
