Bond Wolfe Commercial has been instructed to sell the properties, which have a total sales value of £5,640,000 and which range from shops to flats to ground rents, and include 23 commercial units and 32 residential units.
Properties nearby include 90-91 High Street, Cradley Heath (pictured below), which comprises one ground floor shop with five two-bedroom, self-contained flats above on a prominent corner location. The guide price is £575,000 and the annual rental totals £42,000.
