A suspected Dudley drink-driver has been banned for 2 years and ordered to pay £520 in fines and costs. Dab Maximovici, aged 42, of Stourbridge Road, admitted driving a Ford Fusion without insurance or the proper licence, and failing to provide a breath test.

A Brierley Hill 61-year-old has been ordered to pay £690 for a racial assault. David Stephen Stephens, of Church Hill, pleaded guilty to a racially aggravated assault on Farhan Khalid in Dudley last July. He was fined £400 and ordered to pay £250 compensation and £40 into the victim services fund.

A Stourbridge man who admitted harassing someone on social media has been placed on a community order and ordered to pay £330 in fines and costs. Matthew Anthony Willetts, aged 26, of Junction Road, had originally denied the charge of sending requests via social media knowing they made someone feel harassed, alarmed and distressed, but he changed his plea to guilty.

A restraining order has been issued to protect a woman living in Cradley after she was assaulted. Sebastian Bartak, aged 35, of Hockley, Birmingham, has been ordered not to go within 50 metres of an address in Drews Holloway South or anywhere else that the woman might be staying or working. He was placed on a community order and told to pay £440 in compensation and costs.

Kylie Susan Price, aged 26, of Long Meadow, Rowley Regis, was ordered to pay £510 in fines, compensation and costs after admitting racial harassment of Amrik Sond.

A Brierley Hill woman charged with three counts of speeding and failing to provide information about the identity of the driver has been ordered to pay £480 in fines and costs. Samantha Bowyer, aged 33, of Grosvenor Way, admitted speeding twice in Birmingham and once in Halesowen.

A woman who admitted stealing three times from the Homebase store on the Oldbury Green Retail Park has been ordered to pay £281 in fines, compensation and costs. Katie Louise Taylor, aged 31, of Pinfold Street, Oldbury, was given a conditional discharge for 12 months.

An Oldbury man who was driving an off-road motorcycle on Birmingham Road in Dudley was over the limit and had no insurance, tax or licence. Kaspars Saulitens, aged 30, of Bond Street, admitted the offences and was banned for 17 months and ordered to pay £469 in fines and costs. He had 81 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath, when the limit is 35.

An Oldbury drink driver has been banned for 14 months and ordered to pay £575 in fines and costs. Craig Edward Ingram, aged 35, of Sampson Close, Tividale, admitted having 122 milligrammes of alcohol in 100 millitres of blood while driving in Devon.
