A NETHERTON terrace in need of some serious TLC sold for £115k at auction.

The end of terrace in Church Road smashed its guide price of £70k.

Whoever the brave buyer is will need to tackle holes in walls, ceilings and a hole in the roof as well as a large amount of rubbish strewn throughout the property, which was previously used as a House of Multiple Occupation (HMO).

It sold at a Taylor James auction on April Fools Day, last Thursday (April 1).
