PLANS to build two bungalows on a plot of land in Dudley which attracts fly-tipping have been submitted to Dudley Council.
The proposal is to build two bungalows on the corner plot at 105 Laurel Road.
The design and access statement states: "Currently there is fly-tipping on this plot which has provoked the desire to develop it, this corner plot is significant to the street scene and does not look well covered in waste."
It goes on to say that: "105 Laurel Road’s empty plot is greatly suitable for a duo of new build bungalow dwellings that will present a nice characteristic to the street.
"We have proposed two dwellings rather than one to maintain a consistency in the street scene and ensure the development is worthwhile."
