A BID to build a house on overgrown land in Dudley has been thrown out by planners.
The application for a four-bedroom detached house on Caroline Street has been turned down after planners said it would be be a "cramped form of over development of this small plot of
land."
They said the scheme "would be out of keeping with the character and layout of the surrounding area to the detriment of visual amenity."
The application, from Mr Bilal, was a resubmission of a previously refused application.
Dudley Council planners also said that there were insufficient details to justify the loss of existing trees on the site.
