A MAN has been arrested on suspicion stealing a car and possession of drugs after being spotted by police speeding in a car with a blown out tyre in Dudley.
The Renault Clio was found on Bushey Fields Road, opposite Dereton Close, Dudley, yesterday (Sunday May 2) after officers followed it.
Dudley Town Police tweeted: "1 male was detained and arrested for suspicion of theft of a motor vehicle and possession of class B with intent to supply."
We come across a vehicle that was doing excess speed, with a blown out front tyre.
