PROPOSALS to build two homes in Lower Gornal have been submitted to planners.
The semi-detached homes would be built on land next to 19, Brick Kiln Lane, if the bid gets the go-ahead.
A planning application to Dudley Council notes that the pair of four-bedroom semi-detached homes would "compliment the adjoining properties."
It states there would be landscaping to "ensure all views of the site are attractive and pleasing to the eye."
Plans show the homes have a kitchen diner, lounge and toilet as well as a garage on the ground floor and four bedrooms, one with an en-suite, and a bathroom on the first floor.
Dudley Council planners will consider the application.
