PARAMEDICS rushed to help a man who had suffered a cardiac arrest in Dudley yesterday.
Medics were called to High Street, Dudley, near the market place to reports of a man in cardiac arrest at around 12.33pm yesterday (Sunday July 18).
They restarted the man's heart and he was rushed to New Cross hospital for treatment.
A spokesman for West Midlands Ambulance Service said: "We were called to High Street, Dudley, to reports of a cardiac arrest at 12.33pm. We sent two ambulances, a paramedic officer and a critical care car.
"One patient, a man, was in cardiac arrest.
"Crews administered advanced life support at the scene and managed to restart his heart and he was taken on blue lights to New Cross hospital for further emergency treatment."
