RESIDENTS across the borough are invited to have their say about the Dudley Group by sharing their experiences of Russells Hall Hospital, The Guest and Corbett Outpatient Centres.

The next online Patient Panel, run by the patient experience team, offers a chance for patients and people across the borough to have their say on the hospitals and how services can be improved.

As the last year has brought drastic changes to many services, bosses at the Dudley Group NHS Foundation Trust say they are keen to engage with the public and listen to those who have used them during the pandemic.

The next Patient Panel event will take place on Wednesday July 21, from 11.30am to 12.30pm, via Microsoft Teams, so people can join from the comfort of their own home.

Jill Faulkner, head of patient experience at the trust, said : “The People's Panel is the chance for any resident of Dudley who has accessed our services to help us improve the way we work. We can only grow as a trust if we listen to our patients and their families.”

The panel event will be an opportunity for people to talk about how services changed the way they operate, to share their experiences of Covid-19 and discuss whether new ways of working should continue.

To register for the event, go to eventbright.co.uk and search Patient Panel.

People will will need a valid email address to register and the meeting can be accessed from any smart device.
