A MOTORIST was arrested and a car seized in Dudley after police stopped him and discovered he was driving one-handed with a broken wrist.
Officers on patrol on August 3 spotted a red Vauxhall Corsa which they pulled over for checks after receiving several reports the car may have been involved in incidents involving theft of fuel and a handbag.
A member of the Dudley response team said they stopped the driver "who unbelievably was driving one handed, with a broken wrist" and arrested him on suspicion of theft and driving while disqualified.
The car, which was uninsured, was also seized under the Road Traffic Act.
