POLICE in Dudley arrested a suspected drug dealer after a chase yesterday (Friday, August 20).
Officers on patrol pursued a silver BMW that had failed to stop for them.
The driver was later detained after a short chase.
After searching the car, officers found cannabis, mobile phones and cash.
Checks also revealed that the driver was not insured and also wanted on warrant.
He was arrested on suspicion of drug supply and the BMW was seized.
Dudley Town Police posted about the arrest on social media and shared an image of what was found in the car.
On Twitter they said: "On patrols this car failed to stop for us. Following a short pursuit we detained the driver. Checks revealed he was not insured & was also wanted on warrant.
"A search located cash, phones & cannabis & he was arrested on suspicion of drug supply. Car seized."
