A BID to build a block of apartments in Dudley has been submitted to the council.
A developer has applied for outline permission to build a block housing up to six apartments on a derelict plot on Stourbridge Road.
Plans put to Dudley Council show an access road to the side of the building and parking spaces for seven cars at the rear.
A contaminated land consultation response notes that there are landfill sites within 250m at Wallows Road and High Street Pensnett and that possible ground gases and vapours should be investigated.
The application for six one-bedroom flats, is in the Netherton, Woodside And St. Andrews Ward.
