A MAN from Dudley has been jailed after stealing several items from Aldi and B&M.
Daniel Bent of St Georges Road was handed a jail term of 14 weeks by Wolverhampton magistrates on Saturday, November 6.
In September Bent stole nearly £160 of chocolate and laundry items on three occasions from Aldi in Netherton and stole £80 of various goods from B&M in Brierley Hill
He then continued his spree into October when he snatched nearly £135 of Lynx sets and disinfectant products from B&M in Brierley Hill.
On November 5, the 37-year-old stole £120 of meat from Aldi in Earls Way, Halesowen.
Bent also failed to appear in court on November 4 after being released on bail for criminal proceedings on October 2.
Magistrates ordered him to fund a victim surcharge of £128.
