TWO uninsured drivers had their cars seized by police in Dudley yesterday.
Both drivers were also reported to court.
A Peugeot 307 came to their attention yesterday (Sunday November 21) after it sped through red traffic lights.
The car had no tax or insurance. Officer from Dudley Town policing unit seized the car and reported the driver to court.
They stopped the other vehicle because it had a defective headlight, finding that the driver did not have a licence or insurance.
They said the car was "in a very poor condition and we seized it under the road traffic act.
"We have reported the driver for driving without insurance, without a licence and for the headlight offence."
On patrol in the town centre we saw this car with a defective head light. We stopped the driver and established that he was a non licence holder with no insurance. We have seized the car and reported the driver to court for multiple offences. JF pic.twitter.com/X9KMxhhyhh
