A 21-YEAR-OLD man has been hit with a court bill of £369 after admitting breaching coronavirus restrictions by taking part in a gathering at his home in Dudley last year.
Ilars Davis, of Elm Road, pleaded guilty to taking part in an indoor gathering comprising two or more people, contrary to Covid lockdown restrictions at the time on April 3, 2021.
He was fined £240, ordered to pay court costs of £95 and a £34 surcharge to fund victim services when the case was finalised at Birmingham Magistrate’s Court on Wednesday December 15.
