A 33-YEAR-OLD Brierley Hill man has been handed a community order after admitting stealing men's toiletries from Wilko.

Ian Waterworth, of Hawbush Road, pleaded guilty to a charge of theft from a shop after taking £59 worth of men's hygiene products from a Wilko store in Tipton on January 6.

He was made the subject of a community order with a six-month drug rehabilitation requirement and was ordered to pay costs of £135 to the Crown Prosecution Service and a surcharge to fund victim services of £95 when sentenced at Wolverhampton Magistrates' Court on Friday January 7.
