Man, 33, hit with curfew after driving in Dudley while disqualified
A 33-YEAR-OLD man has been given a curfew after driving in Dudley while banned from the roads.
Daniel John, of Winston Road, Swindon, was convicted of driving a Volkswagen Passat while disqualified at Burnt Tree on March 16, and a charge of driving without insurance.
Sentencing him on Thursday May 12, magistrates at Walsall Magistrates’ Court handed him a community order with an eight-week curfew, with electronic monitoring, to remain at home between 7pm and 7am, after he was convicted at an earlier hearing on March 17.
